Refund policy
At Etherevia, we want you to feel comfortable when shopping with us. If an eligible purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a free return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to contact us and request a return. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unused, unworn, and free from damage caused after delivery
- Returned with its original packaging, accessories, and components
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid Etherevia order number
You may inspect an item as reasonably necessary to determine its appearance and suitability. However, products showing signs of extended wear, misuse, alteration, accidental damage, improper storage, or unauthorized repair may not qualify for a refund.
Starting a Return
To request a return, email support@etherevia.shop and provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for your request
- Photographs, when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label or another prepaid return method. Eligible returns approved under this policy are free of charge.
Do not mail a product to our business address or any other location without authorization. Items returned without prior approval may not be identifiable and could be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within seven days of delivery.
Include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once we review the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Minor variations in bead pattern, transparency, natural markings, tone, shape, or color are not automatically considered defects. Product appearance may vary slightly because of natural material characteristics, production batches, lighting, and screen settings.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required otherwise by law, returns may not be available for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale before purchase
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care
- Items returned without all original components
- Products that present hygiene or safety concerns after use
If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
While we process approved refunds promptly, banks, credit card providers, and payment platforms may require additional time to post the funds to your account. This period is controlled by the payment provider and is generally outside Etherevia’s control.
Original expedited shipping fees, if any were purchased separately, are generally non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Standard worldwide shipping is provided free of charge.
Exchanges
Because product availability may change, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. The most reliable option is usually to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred design.
Lost Return Packages
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our team. Please retain the return receipt and tracking information until the refund has been completed. Etherevia cannot guarantee refunds for packages sent without authorization or through an unapproved, untracked return method.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
